The story begins at Carmo's Boutique Hotel - a true boutique hotel in the north of Portugal, recognized and awarded nationally and internationally in the hospitality sector, owned by the Carmo's family and part of the international chain - Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

In 2024, the Country Club Villas were born, surrounded by Italian cypress trees, vineyards of the noble indigenous variety "loureiro" and the sacred mediterranean trees - the "olive tree", which gives them a formal and refined look.

Our Villas enjoy all the services of Carmo's Boutique Hotel. With 120 m2 each, they are a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Portuguese house. Each Villa has 2 suites, fully glazed and with superb views of the mountains and countryside, lovely views of our fields!... It includes a living and dining room, a suspended wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. Each villa has a private pool/lake with outdoor equipment for relaxation. There is also a private terrace with an outdoor table, outdoor fireplace and OFYR.
