The story begins at Carmo's Boutique Hotel - a true Boutique Hotel - with national and international award-winning recognition in the Hospitality sector, belonging to the Carmo's Family and part of the international chain - Small Luxury Hotels of the World, which decided to broaden its horizons to offer a private space for festive and corporate events - Carmo's Country ClubHouse in Carmo's style.
An elegant and versatile space that will present itself as the perfect setting for unforgettable celebrations, in a proposal in perfect symbiosis between crystals, velvets and natural Italian leather, classic and modern art, books and large stovesand the surrounding Portuguese’s vineyard scenery.
It is set in a Minho woodland (traditional northern Portuguese land view), bordered by italian cypress trees, which give it a formal and refined feel, surrounded by a lake and vineyards and a roof covered in plants, flooded with natural light and views of the mountains and the famous Refoios Convent. A space within the National Agricultural Reserve and National Ecological Reserve. Reservations and constraints in order to preserve the sustainability of the environment.
In our Country ClubHouse, the four fundamental elements of life come together. The Water, on its lakes, the good Air of our countryside, a preserved Earth and the Fire that is represented in our Kitchen and that we share directly with our guests in our great event hall.
A fire kitchen, elegant and with the aim of reviving the sense of sharing, as our elegant ancestors did and as I experienced as a teenager at my aunt and uncle's house on festive days.

Our aim is to offer our guests, who trust us to organize an intimate event, a different experience in a country lux atmosphere, with the seal of elegance and environmental protection that Carmo's values so much.
