Access to the Spa is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel

Regulation and etiquette

Socializing space reserved exclusively for our guests. Place of well-being and serenity. The greatest silence is appreciated, so that all guests can fully enjoy the space.

Djallaba and slippers are available in your room to use in your access to the Spa.

The disposable accessories needed for body care will be delivered to the Spa (towels, caps…).

Non-smoking space. Laptops and cell phones are not allowed.

The bathing suit is mandatory to use in the pool or jacuzzi.

Jumping in the indoor pool is not allowed.

You can have tea, juice, a flute of sparkling wine...

Age

Access to the Divino Spa is only allowed to people over 18 years old. Except between 12:00 and 14:30, when children can use this space, always supervised by an adult.

Markings

Thank you for showing up at the scheduled time. The delay in your appointment may compromise the following treatments and thus, in this sense, suffer a reduction in treatment time.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, prior notice is requested, via email or in person, up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. Cancellations on the same day we reserve the right to charge the amount in full.

Health and Special Care

Pregnancy situations, medical restrictions or other anomalous conditions must be communicated to the reception / therapist when making your reservation.

Recommendations

We recommend our guests to leave their valuables in the room/hotel safe.
We recommend that you inform us in advance of the existence of any chronic pathology or possible malaise.

Quality of our care

The products used are 100% Biological (BIO certified).

The instruments used in the treatments are sterilized.

The line of towels used is changed at each care session.

Massages are not medical or paramedical treatment, they are just therapeutic and wellness treatments.

We offer unique and healthy experiences, using Aromatherapy (Alternative Medicine).
