Conditions of use:

Voucher valid only during the stay. No refunds are given after check-out.

Voucher Credito can only be used in Spa treatments (in Divino Spa), in the Restaurant or Bar.

Voucher cannot be used to pay for accommodation (room).

Voucher cannot be converted into cash or credit if the guest does not use its value.

If the Voucher is used by the guest to pay less than the amount paid, there is no refund.

Voucher Credit Stay is only available for direct bookings and not by any other means.
